Shipping & Returns

 

 

All orders are processed and shipped from our Philadelphia location within two business days of the order being placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. 

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order so that we can sort out a refund with the carrier.

Field is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.

 

Shipping

We ship with the United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped insured and with tracking information. 

 

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at check out, please enter in your shipping destination to do so. Field is not responsible for any extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.  At this time we are not able to provide exact delivery time frames for all destinations, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks.  In addition some international shipments may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. We can suggest for you to contact your local customs office for any additional information.

Sorry, we cannot internationally ship plants. 

Returns

Returns on hard goods will be honored within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.

Sorry, but due to their delicate nature, plants are final sale. 

All returns must be approved. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at welcometofield@gmail.com and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number to be included in your return package.  For hard goods, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
